NOTE TO SELF:

Stop using such warm/yellow based color palettes all the time! This is why right now your printer is almost out of yellow toner and still full of magenta, cyan and black! Cool it! Literally!

The Kick Off Show is only 2 days away and I (as well as all the other vendors, I'm sure!) am scrambling to make more stuff and feeling kinda stressed! However, Casie has been making great updates on the PDX Craft Mafia blog about our vendors! I can't wait to meet everyone and see all their great stuff! So please, please, please, if you are in the area and not doing anything on Saturday from 5 - 10pm, come and check it out!!

Lazy day for Sarah and Austin

Some days I really love my laptop and today has certainly been one of those days. I spent a good chunk of the morning looking up how to do something in Illustrator that it ends up only takes about 10 seconds to do, if that even. Way to go, me. But still, I'm feeling newly inspired and happy that I can now make repeating patterns with lots of ease!

I also spent some time today designing some new sticker sets, or trying to at least!

With the exception of the times I've taken him out today, Austin has been curled into a little ball and napping like crazy! I guess he knows it's nice and cool out now and good for being snuggly!

Here are some bees!

What's up, friends? I have been having a super productive day today. I finished these bees for a plush swap and did some drawings for the 7 billion custom stamps I have to make. (ok, more like 12) Adam's family is here visiting right now. Well, most of them anyway. Today they are up in Portland and I decided to stay home and get some stuff done while Adam is at work.

Yesterday we went to Crater Lake and HOLY CRAP. The color of that lake was the bluest blue I have ever seen in my entire life!
It was like looking at the sky on a really clear day. I barely did anything but sharpen this picture and I don't have a super fancy camera or anything, so I think you get the point. SO EFFING BLUE.
